L’area archeologica di Crucurìga, situata sull’omonimo monte dominante il centro abitato di Nurallao, è costituita da un nuraghe - probabilmente un monotorre - e dai resti di un villaggio di capanne, nonché da un complesso e sofisticato sistema di canalizzazione delle acque meteoriche, con bacini di raccolta nella roccia e inghiottitoi che restituiscono le stesse acque nella valle sottostante. Sul fianco occidentale della collina si trova un riparo sotto roccia che ospita la fonte di su Lacchitteddu, dove si può ammirare una pietra denominata "sa coronedda ki sonat" (la pietra che suona), che produce diverse note musicali quando l'acqua gocciola dall'alto.

The archaeological area of Crucurìga, located on the same name mountain overlooking the town of Nurallao, is made up of a nuraghe - probably a single tower - and the remains of a village of huts, as well as a complex and sophisticated system of channeling rainwater, with collection basins in the rock and sinkholes that return the same waters to the valley below. On the western side of the hill there is a rock shelter which houses the su Lacchitteddu spring, where you can admire a stone called "sa coronedda ki sonat" (the sounding stone), which produces different musical notes when the water drips from 'high.
