PARKING: Do not park on the curb. Follow signs for Hourly and Short-term Parking. The first hour is free in that side of the garage.

I wanted to place a cache related to my interests, and this is about the best option. Don’t want to put it inside the terminal as things are always changing in there!
Free parking for an hour should give you plenty of time to find this cache. If you need more time, simply exit the parking garage with your vehicle and loop back through for a refresh. Make sure to keep the ticket that the machine gives you when you enter.
The idea was to make it easy to access but difficult to find. You won’t need to pull on any levers or press any buttons, but it’s not exactly in plain view either.
