Il Nuraghe Adoni è un affascinante complesso nuragico situato sulla cima di uno sperone roccioso a circa 800 metri di altezza, da cui si gode una vista panoramica sulla Sardegna meridionale. Il sito è circondato da querce secolari, un bosco rigoglioso e un villaggio di capanne circolari. Il nuraghe è caratterizzato dalla torre centrale in calcare alta circa 10 metri e da una cortina muraria con quattro torri laterali e due cortili. Un ulteriore muro perimetrale circonda una cisterna, evidenziando la raffinatezza della struttura. Un luogo che, oltre alla sua imponenza, offre un'eccezionale vista e testimonia l'ingegnosità degli antichi costruttori nuragici.
The Nuraghe Adoni is a fascinating nuragic complex located on top of a rocky outcrop 800 meters above sea level, from which there are panoramic views of southern Sardinia. The site is surrounded by ancient oaks, a lush forest and a village of circular huts. The nuraghe features a central limestone tower, about 10 meters high, and a curtain wall with four side towers and two courtyards. An additional perimeter wall surrounds a cistern, highlighting the sophistication of the structure. A site that, in addition to its grandeur, offers exceptional views and testifies to the ingenuity of the ancient Nuragic builders.
