Dit is de oudste nog altijd actieve kazerne van de Benelux. Dat is ook de reden waarom je niets voor de groene deuren moet zetten, want elke seconde telt als ze uitrijden om levens te redden.
This is the oldest still active fire station in the Netherlands. That is also the reason why you should not leave anything in front of the green doors. Every second counts when they're saving lives.

De kazerne is recentelijk gerenoveerd. Maar nog veel details uit de foto's zijn nog steeds aanwezig.

Met kerst kreeg de kazerne ook altijd een feestelijke verlichting. Hopelijk dit jaar ook weer.
In winter the fire station used to get festive light decoratios. Hopefully this year again.
