mredden: Sad to see this old one go, but on a recent visit we discovered "No Trespassing" signs were posted at the gate. The physical cache has been removed.

Nice easy two part multi placed along the abandoned private right of way of the Boston and Worcester Trolley Air Line in Westborough.
The Boston and Worcester Trolley Air Line in Westborough was completed in 1903. The trolley line left the Boston Worcester Turnpike (present day Rte. 9) at White's Corner in Southborough. It then travelled west over a private right of way through parts of Southborough and Westborough until it rejoined the Turnpike at Park Street in Westborough. The trolley line was abandoned in 1931. Much of this abandoned right of way is still visible. This multi cache has been placed along one of the sections of the abandoned right of way in Westborough.
A cow pass was constructed where the trolley right of way bisected the Walker Farm. It allowed the herd to pass freely between pastures on opposite sides of the trolley line. The remains of this cow pass is visible just west of the first part of this cache.
The final was rehidden 8/27/05, slightly offset from the original location. It is now a fairly difficult hide, thanks to moose-r-us.
Parking is at N42 16.932 W71 36.683.
