The Colonial Heights Appomattox River Trail System (C.H.A.R.T.S.) greenway inspires the community by improving the quality of life for its residents and enhances economic development opportunities along it. We wanted to do our part and try to inspire others to visit the trail system and be rewarded by picking up a smiley along the way!
