A great place to stop for a break off I-80.
This is a virtual cache in SMALL TOWN, USA. Take a break off I-80 and visit a true small town in USA. These types of towns are disapearing. This is a short easy 1.5 mile drive off of busy I-80. Stop at a shady park and find this cache. Don't forget to look for trains at the crossing. This is a busy Union Pacific route. The rail road first came through in 1886 and this town was put on the map.
Contiue north on State Street (main) to this virtual site.
Before U.S. Hiway 30 this was a section of the main road across the US. This was also way before I-80 zips you past these small little towns.
Relax, have a picnic, play on the play set, or take a nap on the grass in the park while the kids run around. A good way to relax from the hard drive.
