This geocache is located within PA State Gamelands 227. Be sure to wear ORANGE as hunting is allowed here. There is a large stoned parking lot here and the cache is very close to parking. You are looking for a camoed bison tube. This cache is not accessible if there is several inches of snow on the ground. Be sure and hide the cache container as you found it. By the way, an interesting fact about this parking location is that it is at the top of the mountain directly above the Tamaqua Tunnel. The railroad tunnel is several hundred feet long and about 175 feet below this location. It is still used today, mainly by freight trains between Reading, PA and Pittston, PA and occaisionally by passenger trains between Reading and Jim Thorpe. You won't be able to see any trains from here, but you might hear them.
