Dickinson is Michigan's newest county, formed in 1891 from parts of Marquette, Menominee, and Iron counties. It was named for Donald M. Dickinson, who served as U.S. Postmaster General under President Grover Cleveland. It is one of four counties in the Upper Peninsula that is in the Central Time Zone.

The letterbox is pretty straightforward. You will not need to leave the parking lot area. Look at the map below, which is overlayed on the parking lot at the posted coordinates. The cache can be found in Dickinson County.
