Just a simple cache to add something new to the area. I was driving by and noticed a smiley mosaic on a public utility box so this seemed like a perfect spot!
There's street parking nearby on Robinwood Dr.
Update 4/22/25: Sad to see the smiley mosaic on the PUB has been vandalized with black spray paint. This is what it looked like before:
