I've been asked by a few different people over the last 10+ years to host an event on Christmas Day for those of us who either don't celebrate Christmas or don't have any plans on Christmas. I didn't get it set up in time for 2023, so this year I'm bringing it back.
If you also have nothing better to do Christmas morning or already need a break from your family, feel free to come hang out with me. We can catch up on what we have all been up to since last Christmas and we can share our hopes and goals for 2025. Also, please bring photos of your Christmas trees and/or light displays to share. I love looking at everyones decorations and learning about other peoples traditions.
This can also be a Hanukkah celebration 🕎 because Hanukkah is SO LATE this year that it start's the evening of Christmas Day and will be celebrated into 2025 😂 Maybe I'll crack out the dredles and teach everyone how to play.
Hopefully it won't be too cold out, this is a rain/snow or shine event.
This event will qualify you for the Logged 2024 souvenir: Earn Logged 2024 by finding any geocache, attending any Event, or completing an Adventure Lab® Location from December 24–31, 2024.
PS - Covid is still alive and well, unfortuantely. No one requires masks anywhere anymore, except maybe the hospital, but please respect other people's space in case they are not comfortable with people invading their bubble 😷
