Meet at the original head of London Bridge, St Magnus the Martyr church

A little known fact that the gateway here was once the entrance to the old London Bridge. Built after the Great Fire of London, 1666, by Sir Christopher Wren. The gateway was the pedestrian entrance until London Bridge started to fall down. The bridge was sold to an American tycoon who rebuilt it in the Arizonan desert in the 1960s. The new bridge that we see today was built up stream leaving this part of the bridge detached.
