Holyně (německy Hollin) je městská čtvrť a katastrální území Prahy. Leží v městské části Praha-Slivenec v obvodu Praha 5. Je zde evidováno 21 ulic a 205 adres a zhruba tu žije 500 obyvatel.
Holyně je z velké části obklopena lesy (Prokopské údolí), Barrandovem a Slivencem.
Připojena k Praze byla v roce 1968 a celé katastrální území pak v roce 1974, i když se připojila k Praze, tak se moc nezměnila. V centru Holyně je náměstí Pod Lípou, které bylo po roce 2000 upraveno a jeho horní část kolem kaple a konečné městského autobusu byla dokončena v roce 2008. Holyně je celkem klidná lokalita na život, kromě zhoršené kvality ovzduší (Obec není plynofikována a během topné sezóny je vzduch silně znečištěn lokálními topeništi.)
Do Holyně se dá pomocí MHD dostat autobusem, vlakem (vlak: Smíchov-Beroun) a tramvají (tramvaje: 4,5).

Holyně (German: Hollin) is a district and cadastral area of Prague. It lies within the municipal district of Prague-Slivenec in the administrative district of Prague 5. There are 21 streets and 205 addresses registered here, with about 500 inhabitants.
Holyně is largely surrounded by forests (Prokopské Valley), Barrandov, and Slivenec.
It was incorporated into Prague in 1968, and the entire cadastral area was added in 1974. Despite joining Prague, the area itself has not changed much. At the center of Holyně is Pod Lípou Square, which was renovated after the year 2000. The upper part around the chapel and the terminal bus stop was completed in 2008. Holyně is considered a rather quiet place to live, except for worsened air quality (the district has no gas supply, and during the heating season the air becomes heavily polluted by local heating).
Public transport access to Holyně is available by bus, train (Smíchov–Beroun line), and tram (lines 4 and 5).

Holyně ist größtenteils von Wäldern (Prokop-Tal), Barrandov und Slivenec umgeben.
Es wurde 1968 nach Prag eingemeindet, das gesamte Katastralgebiet kam dann 1974 hinzu. Trotz der Eingemeindung hat sich Holyně kaum verändert. Im Zentrum befindet sich der Platz Pod Lípou, der nach dem Jahr 2000 umgestaltet wurde. Der obere Teil rund um die Kapelle und die Endhaltestelle des Stadtbusses wurde 2008 fertiggestellt. Holyně gilt insgesamt als ruhiger Ort zum Leben, abgesehen von der verschlechterten Luftqualität (der Ort ist nicht an das Gasnetz angeschlossen, und während der Heizsaison ist die Luft stark durch lokale Feuerstätten belastet).
Nach Holyně gelangt man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln per Bus, Zug (Linie Smíchov–Beroun) und Straßenbahn (Linien 4 und 5).
