As part of constructing new building compounds there is a "trend" among Haifa constructors...
The municipality will approve the program and in return they will add a viewpoint with or nearby the project (in this case a small price to pay for a complex of 100 apartments)
This place also commemorates the parents of the constructor (other than being his parents I did not find any info about them). nonetheless - even though you will hear some complaints from people who preferred the forest that was over the new buildings - the view is nice.
