The iris neighborhood is a mix of ground houses a large buildings complex on its southern side. According to the building plans of the southern complex there will be three inner gardens each surrounded by up to eight buildings. As of now there are two gardens, and one is waiting for the buildings around it to be finished. Ergo only two caches and not 3 :)
Each park has its multi and a cache.
