Welcome to Maldives Sultan Park! 🇲🇻🤴🏾🌴
This geocache is located in the heart of island capital Malé. Nearby you'll find the Golden Mosque, National Museum, Presidential Residence, Old Friday Mosque and other attractions.
The park is a peaceful green oasis in the middle of the bustling city. It’s an ideal spot for families, with plenty of shade and open spaces for kids to explore.
Sultan Park has historical significance as it was once part of the royal palace grounds. Today, it’s a well-maintained public park with vibrant garden, big trees, koi fish pond, numerous play grounds, swings and benches.
While it’s not too busy during the day, and the cache is well hidden, away from the main paths of the park - stealth is required to avoid muggles. (it gets very busy on Fridays)
~ THE CACHE ~
The cache is a small green tupperware, big enough to hold some trackables. Inside, you’ll find a logbook, pencil, and a few fun items for trade. Check photos for spoilers.
Please make sure to close and hide the container well! Use some old leaves and sticks.
