Welcome to the "The 12 Days of Cachemas," a cache series running from December 25 through January 5 modeled after a familiar Christmas song. Starting on December 25th, one new cache in this series will be released each day, until the song is complete. Each cache in this series will contain a clue. Collect all the clues in order to figure out the location of the bonus cache.
This festive cache is nestled just beyond the trailhead, a short journey into the wintry woods. While it sparkles most brightly as a night cache, it can still be discovered in the light of day. Use the poem below as your guide to illuminate the clues and solve the puzzle awaiting you in the field.

‘Twas the Night Befour Cachemas, when all through the woods,
Seekers were stirring in mittens and hoods.
The caches were nestled in hollows and trees,
Awaiting discovery in the chill winter breeze.
The coordinates glowed on our screens with delight,
As we parked near the office where eyes gain their sight.
We bundled up warmly, our spirits were high,
And set off for the trailhead, with stars in the sky.
When out in the woods there arose such a clatter,
We sprang from the path to see what was the matter.
Away to the bushes we flew in a flash,
To search for the secret of Cachemas’s stash.
The path was well-lit, the coordinates just right,
We were guided along by four bundles of light.
Each one glimmered brightly, a curious array,
With numbers to gather and clues to obey.
The first bundle glowed like a comet on high,
We counted its lights with a gleam in our eye.
The second was subtle, its count slightly small,
Yet every light mattered—yes, we needed them all.
The third bundle sparkled with holiday cheer,
Its lights danced like stars as we tallied them near.
The fourth shone the brightest, a beacon so grand,
The last one we needed, now all were in hand.
With numbers in sequence, we raced to the hide,
Our fingers were trembling, what will be inside?
The lock clicked open, the treasure revealed,
A log and a clue, all neatly concealed.
As we logged our success and returned all as found,
We felt the true spirit of Cachemas abound.
Then Team_N exclaimed, as we drove out of sight,
"Happy Cachemas to all, and to all a good night!
