The Approach
After parking in the smallest parking lot ever for a hike, there's an easy pathway leading up to the trailhead. I really admire the private sauna someone built in their backyard. Someday when the smoke is coming out, I'll have the courage to ask the owners if I can take a closer look. It's on private property, so you'll have to admire from a distance.
The Hike
I was introduced to this trail by a fellow geocacher and it's my latest go-to trail. It's the perfect hike for the non-hikers in my family (which are numerous). And I can sell the hike by promising a stop at a nearby cafe in Bragg Creek. Highly recommended and close to Calgary.
The Views
Great views all around once you make it to the summit, also being a loop makes this another plus.
