Welcome to The Pier! Make sure you pay to park.
If you happen to be in this area on a Monday evening right after dark, you'll find a fun group of locals playing dance music and spinning lights.
Container is large enough to hold fun trinkets or trackables.
Cache is available all hours that The Pier is open, I believe it closes from 11PM to 6AM but I could be off a little on those numbers.
