This is UCSB's "Unofficial" webcam cache. You are looking for a tin container hidden mostly out of sight.
Campus Point, also known as Goleta Point, is the surfing beach at the University of California, Santa Barbara. It is a popular spot, especially in the summer when there is small surf break. Campus Point is known as a beginning surfers area. Campus Point Beach offers a fun scene with college students and families gathering and relaxing, while kids play in the sand and water.

FYI I found sometimes you need to reload the page a few times when on a mobile device to get the live view. Or you can do it the the way it was done back in the "flip phone" era: phone-a-friend and have them take a screen shot from their home computer, have them email it to you, then post the log when you get back home. Geocaching is much easier now! Please take care to put the container back fully into its hiding spot..
Webcam Caches
Webcam caches are a rapidly dying, grandfathered cache type. According to this bookmark list, there were only 101 active webcam caches left in the United States at the start of 2020.
I really like webcam caches and it's unfortunate there are so few "official" ones left. But I saw someone else do a cache like this and wanted to make my own UnWebcam Cache.
This is a traditional cache, so there are absolutely zero additional logging requirements. If your name is on the log, you can log the find online. However, if you should choose, when you find the cache container, you will be on a webcam! If you would like to post a screen shot of you at GZ to your online log, I highly encourage you to do so!
