This geocache is NOT at the posted coordinates, but it's "nearby".

At posted coordinates you will see an old "bay window" style caboose on static display.

Look directly above any of the four banks of springs between the wheel sets for a four digit number with the cadence of AAR-B-XXXX.
Since the theme of this cache is reverse, subtract that number from each of the six digit number sets to access the correct cartridge.
Once you're in you'll need to "ping" your location periodically to ascertain your distance to the final cache.
