A quick GR park and grab. The container matches the name. Do not attempt this from the highway. There is a fence between the highway and Armory Road. You can safely pull onto Armory Rd and right up to the cache. There is room for some travel bugs and small swag.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again...
I know, park and grabs and guardrail caches wouldn't be my preferred type of caches either. Here's the thing, I am often looking for just this type of cache. They have some qualities that fit my needs.
1. I often find myself between appointments with a short amount of time in which to make a find.
2. They are, more often than not, snow friendly.
3. I should not be caching in the woods by myself (for so many reasons...) and yet most of my caching friends are working when I am available.
4. I am traveling through a town and would love to check off another town in the state, but I have a destination where I need to be by a particular time.
I do appreciate a guardrail cache that makes me smile (a guardrail multi cache or a creative container). So, there you have it. If you don't like park and grabs, don't do this cache. Otherwise, enjoy!!
