Cache is NOT within the Dog Park itself! Just including the information about the dog park because it happens to be here adjacent to the cache. Cache is available 24/7. May not even need a flashlight after dark.
Caution: when replacing container, trapped water may spill out.
Must sign actual log in the cache to count. If you cannot sign log, it's a DNF, If you aren't sure about container, log a DNF. Can always change to a find later. DO NOT REPLACE CACHE.
