Celebrate with IssaQuest! August 15 is International Geocaching Day and in honor a wooden coin is available as a prize for completing this GeoTour. Coins are available starting on August 10 and while supplies last. To receive their coin, players must complete the GeoTour Passport and bring it to a redemption site. A printable passport and details about this activity can be found on the City of Issaquah official IssaQuest webpage.
This cache is part of the larger IssaQuest Sustainability GeoTour. Sasquatch loves cruising around the bike trails to visit friends - they recently tried out an electric bike to zip around town! Riding bicycles is a great way to get around the City of Issaquah in an environmentally conscious way. We always strive to offer accessible and sustainable methods of transportation and are working to reduce vehicle use across the City. The City has several bike stores that will custom fit a road bike, mountain bike, or e-bike. From this location, you can take the trails all over the region, including up to the Issaquah Highlands to visit some of our other GeoTour sites. Don’t have a bike with you? Try MetroFlex or King County Metro!
GEOCOIN UPDATE 9/9/25: Congratulations to all of the Geocachers who have claimed their IssaQuest GeoCoin! As of September 2025, the GeoCoins have all been claimed. We will update this page if additional souvenirs become available! Happy caching!
