This cache is part of the larger IssaQuest Sustainability GeoTour. Sasquatch loves apples, plums and any fruit - especially when it's free! Since 1985, over 25 varieties of fruit and nut trees have grown along Gilman Blvd, providing free fruit for the people of Issaquah to forage. In the future, this area will also connect to the Sound Transit Light Rail, providing a quick, easy, and sustainable way to travel around the Eastside and to downtown Seattle.
Sasquatch loves to shop local after traveling the trails all day. One of their favorite spots is Gilman Village, which opened in 1972 by transplanting several buildings from other parts of the City. After an afternoon of shopping, Sasquatch will enjoy a coffee or ice cream and head down to the creek!
