getting a start on cleaning up in the new year, by tidying up the Hamilton waterfront one section at a time! Let's meet up and see what we can find. This event will happen if it's warm or cold, raining or snowing, so dress prepared for the weather! If it's dry, I'll bring out the nano-pick up tools and we can get that tiny trash before it gets swept out in the water.
Waterfront trails are not well maintained in winter, and the accessible path to the beach will be rolled up for the winter. Appropriate footwear for the weather will be a must (yes, if its above freezing you'll likely see me in flip flops!)
Garbage bags and gloves will be provided. Please bring your own grabbing tools if you want to use them.
