Welcome to the Fall Fest 2025 Official Unofficial Kick Off Party! Join us on Wednesday September 24, 2025 as we welcome everyone to town for the early bird kickoff to Fall Fest 2025!
What is an Official Unofficial kick off party? Well, it's your first chance to pick up your pre-ordered registration package, set up your campsite (for VIPs and Friends of GeocacheON supporters) and get a feel for the event grounds before the chaos starts the following morning. Everyone is welcome to attend this event, which *may* have some tokens of appreciation for attendees (but you might have to ask nicely - no guarantees the Event Mounties will have a brain left this late at night!)
Meet your Event Mountie team in the Courtyard for some snacks, sign the logbook, have the opportunity to ask your burning questions, get a feel for how the weekend is going to work, and pick up those pre-ordered packages so you don't have to wait in line the following morning.
Package Pickup will occur in Lion's Building, only a few meters from where we are meeting in the courtyard.
The event will begin at 8:00 pm. Package pickup will ONLY be available during the published event time.
A few points to remember:
- The camping gates open at 5pm for VIPs and Friends of GeocacheON Package holders.
- If you are not camping, please enter through the south gate (look for the big PARKING signs) and park in a way that does not block anyone from entering or exiting
- This event runs from 8pm-9pm
- This event is family and pet friendly (but all pets must be on a 6ft leash)
- You can pick up pre-ordered merchandise, nametags, game cards, passports, etc in Lion's Building during this event. No store sales or vendors will be available this evening.
