The cache is NOT at the listed coordinates but only a short walk away. To get the final coordinates you must solve the puzzle first.
This cache requires you to use Time-Based One-Time Passwords (TOTP) to get the coordinates. TOTP tokens are short codes generated using a secret key and change based on the current time. Both the generator (such as an app on your phone or an online tool) and the validator must have their clocks synchronised to generate the codes, which are valid for a short window of time (usually 30 seconds).
You may have come across TOTP codes before, especially with online banking. They are widely used as a second "factor" of identity verification - a way to verify that you really are who you claim to be when logging into an online service. Using a single factor to identify you- usually a password - is insecure because passwords can easily be leaked or brute-forced.
The Puzzle:
Step 1: Download a TOTP authenticator app on your phone such as Authy Google Authenticator. You can also use an online tool (googling "TOTP generator online" will yield many tools).
Step 2: Scan the following QR code or manually enter the setup key into your TOTP Generator.

Setup key: VCVZYCM737D3DHB6
Step 3: Visit this site and enter the code generated from the app. Remember, you must do this within the 30-second window or the code will expire. The app will tell you how much time is left before you must use a new code. If the code you enter is correct, clicking "verify" will reveal the final coordinates.
Note: the verification tool made for this cache is hosted in the cloud, so it will stay up as long as the patform it's hosted on (Netlify) continues to exist.
