Unless you’ve kept your eyes closed, or never set foot in an automobile, or never listened to the radio, or haven’t watched television your whole life, you probably have encountered at least one of these signs or characters. Some may recognize more of them than others, especially if you’ve traveled, have an interest in these items, or have experienced a decent amount of life adventures already.
This puzzle will take some decent amount of research or, at a minimum, whole lot of clicking. You can go ‘Old School’ and hit the library or most likely you’ll use the resources of our digital age. Whether you use AOL, Ask, Baidu, Bing, Brave, Dogpile, DuckDuckGo, Ecosia, Gibiru, Google, Internet Archive, Mojeek, Naver, Perplexity AI, Qwant, Startpage, Swisscows, WolframAlpha, Yahoo, Yandex, Yep, You or YouTube, or any other search engine I haven't mentioned, the answers are out there.
The 39 pictures below are somehow associated to ancient/historic fuel source & use. (i.e. natural gas, oil, gasoline, gas stations and pumps.)
Once you have found the company names associated with the pictures, put the company names in alphabetical order. Yes, there are multiples of some of the letters, just put them in the correct order. Once you’ve made your alphabetized list, you’ll notice there are at least 2 letters not represented. (Maybe more?)
Figure out what one musical instrument starts with all the missing letters, keeping them in their natural order. Enter your solution (name of instrument) in the certitude checker to receive the final coordinates.
