Geo-dog Moose is my companion on many of my caching adventures! He gets so excited for the car ride and a walk on the trails! When it's time to start a bushwhack, he finds a path through the brush to get me to the cache, waits patiently while I search, then uses his amazing sniffer to take us back out to the trail by the same path we came in on. I can't get lost when he's with me!!
Today, while we were on the trail, Geo-dog did some sniffing and came up with this hiding place!
Ode to Geo-Dog
In fields and forests, far and wide, A loyal friend, with keen eye spied, Nose to the ground, in fervent search, Geo-dog leaves not an inch unturned.
With boundless energy, and tail held high, A furry explorer, under open sky, Whether walking slow or running races, Together, we discover nature's hidden places.
From sunrise till the day's end fades, In playful pursuit, in grassy glades, With wagging tail and joyful bark, We find the caches, leave our mark.
Oh geo-dog, my faithful guide, In this treasure hunt, you walk by my side, Together we roam, with adventure's call, You and me, we explore it all.
I love you, geo-dog! Good boy, Moose!
