About SideTracked
This cache belongs to the SideTracked series. It is not designed to take you to a magical place with a breathtaking view. It's simply a cache-and-dash distraction for the weary public transport user, which can be found at or near train stations, former train stations, and miniature railroads. About This Station
The Glendora station is part of the A Line of the LA Metro Rail System from Pasadena to Pomona, which is expected to be completed in 2025, with further extension to Montclair by 2028. Once completed, a trip from Glendora to Pasadena will take approximately 22 minutes and further to downtown Los Angeles will take approximately 51 minutes.
The station is located southeast of the intersection of Vermont Ave and Ada Avenue, just south of the Glendora post office.
About This Cache
The cache is just off Metrolink property, per SideTracked guidelines. You shouldn't have any trouble grabbing it if you have 5-10 minutes to spare before your train arrives. When seeking and accessing the cache, please use stealth. There is a business nearby which could possibly have some foot traffic. In addition, cars will be driving by. They may stop if the train crossing arms are down, so please be aware that people may observe you looking. This is a log only cache - no swag, and preferably write in your caching name rather than stamping, to conserve space. It would be nice if this cache would last a long time.
