Welcome to Spokane Valley is a re-do of a cache that was here a few years ago that I remember. I found the old one awhile back and noticed that this area could use a new one. I've been meaning to place this one for awhile and finally found the time and proper container.
This is pretty much a P&G as you can park within 3 feet of GZ. If you are headed North on Barker you can use your Geo-Rig as a muggle blocker.
Container has a logbook and a pencil and has a little bit of room for very small trade items.
This should be handicap accessible as the sidewalk is right next the cache.
