I thought I had found a good place to hide a geocache: a cute park, hardly used (I had never seen anyone there), and named after a famous Australian (providing a back-story for the cache's description). While I was in the process of placing the container a local suddenly appeared, rather annoyed to find me "skulking around", even though I was clearly on public land and his house was hidden behind some trees. I had a chat and seemed to pacify him, but his parting words were "remember, we're Watching".
That experience inspired this cache: Share a story in your log when you've been caught out geocaching! If your stealth skills are too good and you never have been spotted, feel free to make up a good story, but please don't just log "TFTC".
The actual hide is fairly simple, but I've added an extra difficulty point for the logging requirement request (does a PC count as a "special tool"?).

This geocache was part of GC Project: It's Raining Caches 2025.
The project's aim was to create a rain of new geocaches to fall from the sky across the state of NSW at 9am on 19th January 2025 - 1 week before Sydney Geoquest, the first Block Party in the Southern Hemisphere.
Many legendary hiders came together to generously contribute their finest geocaches to build excitement and connection amongst the community and for all finders to enjoy years after the event.
This geocache helped 'make it rain'.
