This puzzle recognises a select group of thirteen Englishmen: they all reached a specific milestone but were deprived of the chance to go further. To the map, I have added SJRW as an honorary member of this group; he reached a similar mark (versus the Rest of the World) on the day of this cache's publication ... but he'll not stop there!
