This cache is a part of the Elkhorn's Eagle Memorial Geoart. Over time I will slowly use caches to create a mini (or large) art depending on how many caches end up being placed. The first thing I will be drawing is a small boat to represent the Elkhorn Creek, a well-known 18.3-mile-long stream in central Kentucky that's popular for fishing, floating, and paddling. Now, starting with #15, I will be drawing a bird that resembles an eagle(ish). The creek is named for its shape, which resembles an elk's horns when viewed on a map. It's made up of two forks, the North and South Forks, that meet outside of Frankfort to form the main stem, which ends in the Kentucky River.
This Cache: a puzzle cache. Please message me with any problems, concerns, or happy thoughts about any of the caches. Best of Luck and Happy Caching! In order to solve this puzzle, solve the rebus below. For those who have not heard of a rebus, it is a puzzle in which words are represented by combinations of pictures and individual letters; for instance, apex might be represented by a picture of an ape followed by a letter X.
