Welcome to the Taconic Region NYS Parks Winter 2025 Geocaching Series. This series is designed to get you off the couch and outdoors this winter.
This is a small size cache hidden near the eastern entrance to Lake Taghkanic State Park.
The east entrance to Lake Taghkanic State Park is just off State Route 82. There is a kiosk and a small parking area with access to the trails across the road. There are 10 caches in this winter series and you can do them in order 1-10 to complete a loop hike along the Fitness and Lakeview Ext. trails.
