This is a micro size cache hidden near the eastern side of Lake Taghkanic State Park. You are looking for a camo bison tube.
The trailhead is near the east entrance to Lake Taghkanic State Park. There is a kiosk and a small parking area with access to the Fitness Trail across the road. Hike up and over to the Lakeview Ext trail for some lake views.
