This is a small size cache hidden near the eastern side of Lake Taghkanic State Park. You are looking for a small plastic box.
The trailhead is near the east entrance to Lake Taghkanic State Park. There is a kiosk and a small parking area with access to the Fitness Trail across the road. Hike up and over to the Lakeview Ext trail for some lake views, and continue to the snowmobile trail on the way back.
