Ah, May Day, one of those quaint British holidays where you think it's going to be all tea and crumpets and Maypole dancing. I was going to reference some May Day traditions here, but I realised I didn't know many other than the pole thing. So I looked them up on Wikipedia, and I'd never heard of almost all of them.
So instead, fancy a pint?

We're not at the Winchester (if you know the film), but instead at the Whittington, in Pinner. That's in Greater London to some, or Middlesex to many others. We are celebrating something - some fifteen years ago on 5th May 2010, I signed up for this website called Geocaching.com. It took me two further weeks to find a geocache, but we celebrated that day a few years ago. Plus given that this falls on the Bank Holiday, just after London Calling, I figured it was a good time to host my Community Celebration event. All the usual geocaching event antics can be conducted here, but mostly I'll be asking what everyone's achievements were over the 25th birthday weekend of Geocaching.
Also, a random fact: one of my usual tattoo artists is also one of Simon Pegg's usual tattoo artists. Irrelevant to this listing, but there you go.
