I was excited to show friends my new geocache. I met them near their house in South Turramurra so we could walk there, given it is less than 2km away, however when we plugged in the co-ordinates to show the way their GPS suggested a journey of 214km?? It was a beautiful day, so we decided to enjoy the adventure and went for a long drive, until a few hours later we were parked. We quickly had CIH - woo-hoo!
This is what their GPS gave us - hopefully you'll have more luck!
Head east along Canoon Road
Take the first right (after 250m), onto Barwon Ave
After 700m (after the road curves), turn right
100m further on, at the T-junction, turn left
200m further on, at the next T-junction, turn left
After 3 km you will reach a T-junction. Turn left
After 2.7 km you will reach a T-junction. Turn right
After 1.6 km turn right from the middle lane
After 400m turn left
The road will curve right. After 1.6 km turn left
After 8.7 km, at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit to stay on the road
After 700m, at the T-junction, turn right
After 350m, turn left
After 600m, turn left
After 1.0 km, at the T-junction, turn right
After 1.8 km, at the Y-junction, turn right
After 860m, turn left
After 900m, turn left (onto the same road name, but a clear T-junction)
After 1.1 km, turn right
After 1.6 km, turn right
Continue for 33.0km, then turn left
After 350m, turn right to cross the river
Continue for 19.6km, then turn right to cross the river into the village
After 240m, turn right after the road curves
After 110m, turn right
After 280m the road will change name. Continue for a further 20.1km
After that junction, at which point the road's name will change, continue for a further 53.0 km then turn right to head south
After 2.2km turn right at the Y-junction to continue heading south
After 14.6km, just past the animals and interchange, turn right
After 230m, turn left
Continue for 6.3km, then turn left to join the newer road
After 900m the road will merge. Continue for 32.2km, then head south-west for 800m before turning left
After 4.0km, turn left after the fast-food establishment
After 260m, turn right
Ater 350m, turn left
After 260m, at the roundabout, take the first exit
After 600m, turn right
Park at the far right (north-west) corner of the carpark

If you're feeling confident the cache is just 16m at a bearing of 283 degrees from the edge of the log, but to be sure you can check your derived co-ords here.

The project's aim was to create a rain of new geocaches to fall from the sky across the state of NSW at 9am on 19th January 2025 - 1 week before Sydney Geoquest, the first Block Party in the Southern Hemisphere.
Many legendary hiders came together to generously contribute their finest geocaches to build excitement and connection amongst the community and for all finders to enjoy years after the event.
