Welcome All GeoTourists!
Welcome to Coronado Park, another small neighborhood park in Mission Viejo, which was renovated in 2022 with a new playground, and the subject of this cache, Swirling Waters. Swirling Waters is a community art piece consisting of 12 mosaic pillars representing Mission Viejo's prehistoric past under the Pacific Ocean. Finding this cache should be fairly easy. The tricky part, however, is obtaining the log. Good Luck!
This cache is part of the official “Discover Mission Viejo GeoTour GT4D8” which will lead visitors to discover trails, parks, and other prominent locations throughout Mission Viejo. Those who complete the tour will be eligible to receive a GeoCoin for their achievement by completing the GeoTour passport and finding code words.
