The Longtan Central Park, formerly known as Beijing Amusement Park, underwent renovation starting in 2020 and officially reopened in September 2021. Today, it is an integral part of the green space system and water network in the core area of Beijing. As a pilot project for the corporate operational model of urban parks, Longtan Central Park is equipped with a 2.6-kilometer lakeside running track, various sports facilities, an animal park, and orienteering checkpoints.
Currently, the park operates daily during the peak season (April to October) from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM, with last entry at 10:00 PM. During the off-season (November to March), the park is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with last entry at 9:00 PM.
龙潭中湖公园前身是北京游乐园，2020年启动改造，并于2021年9月正式开放，如今是首都核心区绿地系统和京城水系的重要组成部分。作为城市公园企业化运营模式的试点项目，龙潭中湖公园配备了2.6公里环湖跑道、智慧管理体育场地、水上运动体验中心、定向越野打卡装置等体育设施。
目前，公园旺季（4月至10月）每日开放时间为6:00-22:30，22:00停止入园，淡季（11月至次年3月）每日开放时间为6:00-22:00，21:00停止入园。
