Today is my birthday so I decided to place a challenging cache!
The cache IS at the above coordinates, BUT you must complete the challenge to claim the smilie. You will need to find 96 caches to log this cache. You can sign the log anytime, but you can only log a find when you complete the challenge. Here are the challenge details:
