Geocache Description:

Friday 24th January - 12pm until 1pm

The twenty-fourth instalment of the Lad(d)ies What Lunch series of events.  It all started when fm1906, Maerad and dibby3 attended a lunch event back in November 2022 and signed all logs on caches they found that day as Ladies What Lunch.  The extra D has been added to ensure they can be inclusive of all cachers.  As dibby3 has now "retired" from caching, her 4 events per year are open to a guest host - we are the first to take on this role.

We are heading to The Shears at Paris Gates in the outskirts of Halifax.  A table has been reserved - to ensure we have the right amount of space, please be sure to log a Will Attend.

There is no requirement to purchase food or drink to attend this event.

The pub has a decent-sized car park.  If you haven't been to this pub before - don't be worried when your Sat Nav takes you down narrow cobbled roads - the pub is located at the bottom of one!  For those using public transport - the centre of Halifax which is served by both trains and buses is a 10-15 minute walk away.

All cachers are welcome - new and existing.

Trackables - any which fit into a small tupperware box (with the lid on) are more than welcome.  If you wish to bring anything larger, you are responsible for passing it along or taking it back if no-one is willing.
