The cache is not at the posted coordinates.
This puzzle includes 3 separate lists of numbers that range from 0 to 99, and are called List 0 (L0), List 1 (L1), and List 2 (L2).
Half of numbers from 0 to 99 exist within L0 and the other half exist within L1.
The criteria used to determine which list, L0 or L1, a given number is a member of is as follows.
If a number can be divided by the second member of L0 without having any remainder then that number is a member of L0.
All numbers that do not meet this criteria are members of L1.
Membership is mutually exclusive in that all numbers belong in either L0 or L1.
On the other hand, members within L2 are a special subset of those who belong to L1; with the single exception that the second member of L0 is also the first member of L2.
Use the nested statements that follow to derive the actual coordinates of the cache.
L2(L1(L2(L2(0))))
L1(L2(L2(L2(0))))
L1(L0(L1(L0(L2(L2(0))))))
L2(L2(L0(L1(L1(0)))))
L1(L0(L1(L2(0))))
L1(L1(L2(L1(L2(0)))))
L2(L0(L1(L2(L2(0)))))
L1(L0(L2(0)))
