About McAlister Station
McAlister Station was a station on the Goulburn to Crookwell branch line. The station was opened on 22 April 1902 and closed on 9 March 1975. The platform has been dismantled and all signs of the station have been removed. The track is mostly in place.
From the location of the cache you can see the stand of pine trees where the station once was.
