An adventure to meet on the beach of the River Thames during low tide (at 09:42) from the public accessible entrance of Trig Lane Stairs under the Millennium Bridge. Meet the host at the given coordinates to chat about all things geocaching and feel free to exchange Trackables. Its a rare chance to view the Millennium Bridge (now 25 years old) from below.
Safety notes: Trig Lane Stairs has no handrails (see picture) and can be slippery, great care is required walking these steps. The tide will remain low throughout the duration of the event. It's a terrain 3.5 listed event, no special equipment is required but sturdy footwear is recommended. The beach is made up of mud, sand and rubble, although it's stable care is needed when walking on the uneven surfaces.
