Welcome to the FF25 Primer Challenge Series
This series will offer a variety of DT ratings throughout Brantford and Brant County. All caches will be challenge caches that require you to complete a specific task prior to logging as found. Some will be park and grabs, while others will involve longer hikes or TOTTs. Please check the descriptions and attributes for each cache and do not attempt anything outside of your comfort zone. These challenges are being placed to appeal to a wide variety of caching levels and abilities.
The cache IS at the posted coordinates. This is a challenge cache.
The cache is a Peanut Butter jar with a logbook and room for small trade items inside. Please return the cache as found (well covered) and bring a writing instrument to sign the log. There is room for small trackables and geocoins here.
Please note: the Difficulty rating of this cache is as much for the hide as it is for the challenge. Despite it being a PB jar, it is a very difficult hide with a lot of debris in the area and a TON of places to search. Please make sure it is rehidden well to maintain the integrity of the hide.
The Challenge
In order to log a find, you must have found at least 1000 caches in the month of September. They do not all need to be found in the same month, and you may accumulate qualifying caches over many years. An example of my stats as of March 12, 2025 can be found below, which shows I have found more than 2700 caches in September since I started caching in 2007.

Any cache type can be used for this challenge. There are no date restrictions on qualifying caches.
The Rules
Once you have signed the logbook and the Project-GC checker confirms you have completed the challenge you can log it as Found.
Until then you may post a note if you have only signed the logbook but do not qualify.
Please bring your own pen to sign the log.
