I caught the very first public service to Marsh Barton railway station back in July 2023 and have revamped GCAB20Q in honour of the former CO who is moving away from Exeter.
Marsh Barton railway station was opened in May 2023 after two years of construction work. There have been plans to site a station in this area to serve the large industrial site of the same name along with hundreds of new houses that are popping up all over the surrounding hills.
The station is served by trains running between Exmouth and Paignton with some additional services stopping in the mornings and evenings to give commuters an alternative to the (usually terrible) traffic on the surrounding roads.
You are looking for a silver bison on a footpath that crosses the site of the station. The cache is not on any part of the station itself but can be reached by step-free means from both platforms.
