Many people know and love Balboa Island for its shopping, dining, events, and breathtaking views but less know about the hidden gems of the "Little Island" so i wanted to bring more people here. This cache is availble at all times, but approach and difficulty rating may change depending on the tide. You can park on the street down and walk along the boardwalk to reach the cache area. There is enough room for very small swag items, I have left some pretty shells to start things off, please BYOP :)
